Roger is part of CLC's Federal Reform team, with a focus on uncovering campaign finance violations while supporting our regulatory and policy work.

He holds political science degrees from Columbia University (M.A.) and Skidmore College (B.A.), with a focus on U.S. institutions, law and national security. Roger joined CLC in 2022.
