The Court reversed the district court’s ruling that two other districts intentionally discriminated against minority voters. Campaign Legal Center submitted an amicus brief with the National Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights and the NAACP Legal Defense Fund in support of the lower court’s ruling for all three districts.
