State Appellees Third Circuit Merits Brief (Americans for Prosperity v. Albence)

On July 29, 2026, Delaware filed its response brief with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing for affirmance of the district court’s denial of Americans for Prosperity’s motion for a preliminary injunction barring enforcement of Delaware’s Elections Disclosure Act.
