Risha Kothari

Prior to joining CLC, Risha served as a Campus Campaign Coordinator for Angela Alsobrooks’ 2024 Senate campaign. At the University of Maryland, she played a role in helping secure a primary victory by organizing town halls, canvassing efforts and phone banking events. She was also actively involved with Camp Kesem, a national nonprofit that provides free, year-round support to children whose parents or caregivers have been affected by cancer, where she held leadership positions as Events Coordinator and Public Relations Coordinator.

Risha graduated from the University of Maryland in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with minors in Law and Society and in Nonprofit Leadership and Social Innovation. She joined CLC in September 2025.
