Liam is a member of CLC’s voting rights team working to protect equal access to the democratic process across the country.

Liam has been litigating voting rights cases since the outset of his career. Prior to joining CLC, Liam worked on voting rights, redistricting and free speech cases at the trial and appellate level for a D.C.-based law firm.  While there, he represented a group of North Carolina plaintiffs in their successful constitutional challenge to restrictions on same-day registration in Voto Latino v. Hirsch (MDNC). Liam also litigated several cases before the highest state courts, including the Iowa Supreme Court, the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. When starting his career at a law firm in New York, Liam helped successfully challenge the at-large election structure of the Islip Town Council in Flores v. Islip (EDNY).

Liam received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019 and his B.A. in political science and economics from the University of Iowa in 2015. Liam is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington, D.C. He is a member of the bar of the U.S. District for the District of Columbia. Liam joined CLC in 2025.
