Kristin Ford

Kristin has more than 15 years of strategic communications experience on a wide range of issues, including democracy, reproductive freedom, immigration, criminal justice and health care. She previously served as Director of External Affairs at GovAct and Vice President of Executive Communications at Advocate Health. She also has held senior leadership roles in multiple organizations, including NARAL Pro-Choice America (now Reproductive Freedom for All) and United We Dream. In addition, she served as speechwriter and deputy communications director to then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris. 

Kristin has been quoted in dozens of local, state, national and international publications, including The New York Times, Washington Post, NPR, USA Today, AP, Politico and the Los Angeles Times. She earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Kristin joined CLC in 2026.
