
Isaac DeSanto
Isaac is a member of the Strategic Litigation team and works across CLC’s issue areas to protect democracy and defend access to the ballot box.

Prior to law school, Isaac worked in nonprofit fundraising, first for political campaigns and later for public media. During law school, he worked with the UCLA Voting Rights Project on litigation brought under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act and other efforts to combat racially discriminatory voting practices across the country. He also interned in the office of the president and CEO at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where he did policy and advocacy work centered around housing and state assistance programs.
Isaac received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2024 and B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2016 with a major in political science. He is admitted to practice law in the state of California. Isaac joined CLC as a Legal Fellow in 2024, focusing on state and federal redistricting litigation, as well as voting rights litigation and policy.
