Isaac works on redistricting and voting rights litigation to combat gerrymandering and ensure meaningful access to the ballot box.

Isaac began his legal career at Campaign Legal Center as a Fellow before joining as Legal Counsel. He has worked on a variety of matters at CLC, including litigating both state and federal redistricting and voting rights cases. Prior to law school, Isaac worked in non-profit fundraising, first for political campaigns and later for public media. During law school, Isaac worked with the UCLA Voting Rights Project on litigation brought under Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act to combat racial gerrymandering across the country. He also interned in the office of the president and CEO at Bet Tzedek Legal Services, where he did policy and advocacy work centered around housing and state assistance programs.  

Isaac received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2024 and B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2016 with a major in political science. He is admitted to practice law in the state of California. He joined CLC in 2024.
