Eileen Kim

Prior to joining Campaign Legal Center, Eileen worked as an appellate and general litigation paralegal at a global law firm, handling high-stakes Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), intellectual property and regulatory litigation matters while completing over 300 hours of pro bono work on voting, women's and prisoners' rights. Since 2019, she has volunteered at a grassroots nonprofit based in New Jersey, where she has coordinated a postcard-writing campaign to 100,000 registered voters in swing states for the 2020 elections. She also has interned for various political campaigns and in the offices of elected officials, including in the U.S. Senate.

Eileen graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in Politics. She was recognized as the top constitutional law student in the Politics department for her papers on voting rights post-Shelby County v. Holder (2013) and the Federalist Society's influence on freedom of religion and LGBTQ+ rights in the Supreme Court. Eileen joined Campaign Legal Center in September 2026.
