FEC: Complaint Filed by CLC & Democracy 21 Against Andrew Duncan and IGX, LLC

The Campaign Legal Center along with Democracy 21, filed a complaint calling on the FEC to investigate Andrew Duncan and IGX, LLC for violating sections of the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) that prohibit the use of straw donors.
