“I have been trying to follow these cases for the last five days, and frankly, one seems less important than the next. They’re cases about how you count the votes or one little detail or another or how the state operates,” said Paul Smith, vice president of Campaign Legal Center. “There’s simply nothing in these cases that looks like the kind of case that could affect the outcome even in one state."
