Kedric Payne on the Biden Administration's Ethics Pledges

“Campaign Biden had one of the most comprehensive and detailed plans for ethics reform that has been seen in many, many years. He had a list of over 25 promises that would reform various gaps that were exposed in the prior administration,” said Kedric Payne, general counsel and senior director, ethics at Campaign Legal Center. “Of those 25 promises, only three have been fulfilled. You have 22 that have not, and as a result, it does look as though the Biden administration has not established that they are truly serious about the ethics reforms that were promised.”
