Letter to Tarrant County Commissioners Opposing Elimination of Poll Sites

Campaign Legal Center (CLC), the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund (LDF), and other national and local partners in Texas sent a letter urging the Tarrant County Commissioner's Court to reject a proposal that would consolidate and eliminate Election Day and early voting poll sites, which would disproportionately impact polling access for Black, Latino, and AAPI voters in the county.
