Voter Purge Legislative Resource Guide

CLC, in collaboration with Dēmos, League of Women Voters, Common Cause, Southern Poverty Law Center, State Voices, and Fair Elections Center, has created a guide to help advocates combat wrongful and discriminatory voter purges. The Voter Purge Legislative Resource Guide is a tool for advocates, lawmakers, and election officials that provides common sense strategies to improve voter list maintenance and defeat bad bills that limit ballot access.
