United States v. Wisconsin Elections Commission — Brief of Amici Curiae the Brennan Center and CLC in Support of Defendants-Appellees and Affirmance

On August 24, 2026, Campaign Legal Center and the Brennan Center filed an amicus brief in support of Defendants-Appellees and affirmance in United States v. Wisconsin Elections Commission, the case in which the United States is appealing the dismissal of its lawsuit seeking to compel production of Wisconsin’s unredacted voter registration list.
