Thompson-Wynn, et al. v. Byrd, et al. Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction

On May 8, 2026, Campaign Legal Center, with co-counsel UCLA Voting Rights Project, filed an Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction on behalf of a group of Florida voters. The motion seeks temporary injunctive relief to prevent the implementation and enforcement of the unconstitutional 2026 congressional redistricting plan for the upcoming 2026 congressional primary and general elections.
