Thompson-Wynn, et al. v. Byrd, et al. Memorandum of Law in Support of Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction

On May 8, 2026, Campaign Legal Center, with co-counsel UCLA Voting Rights Project, filed a Memorandum of Law in Support of Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion for Temporary Injunction on behalf of a group of Florida voters. The memorandum provides support for the motion, which seeks temporary injunctive relief to prevent the implementation and enforcement of the unconstitutional 2026 congressional redistricting plan for the upcoming 2026 congressional primary and general elections.
