Supplemental Complaint: Plaintiffs’ Supplemental Complaint

Plaintiffs have filed a supplemental complaint challenging the deceptive ballot language for the November 2024 Utah election that is designed to mislead Utah voters into supporting the elimination of their constitutional right to alter or reform their government.
