Stipulation for Dismissal Without Prejudice

On behalf of Plaintiff League of Women Voters of Montana, CLC along with co-counsel Tarlow Stonecipher Weamer & Kelly, PLLC and defense counsel noticed the parties’ stipulation to dismissal without prejudice of Plaintiff’s claims where Montana’s challenged law suppressing voter registration activity was permanently enjoined.
