Settlement Agreement in VACIR v. Koski

Following a lawsuit by Virginia Coalition for Immigrant Rights, the League of Women Voters of Virginia, African Communities Together, and two individual voters, the parties have reached a settlement to put an end to Virginia's illegal and discriminatory voter purge on the eve federal elections.
