Ruling and Order Granting Preliminary Injunction

On September 12, 2024, the District Court granted Plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction voiding proposed Amendment D because of its misleading language and the failure of the Legislature to comply with the constitution’s publication requirement.
