Response in Opposition to Motion to Stay

On February 6, 2026, Plaintiffs filed an opposition to Legislative Defendants' motion asking the Utah Supreme Court to stay the district court's injunction against the 2021 congressional map. The stay opposition explains why Proposition 4 complies with the Utah Constitution and the federal Constitution, and why the injunction against the 2021 map was the proper remedy after the Legislature unconstitutionally repealed Proposition 4.
