Proposed Reply Brief in Support of Motion to Intervene

On November 18, 2025, Campaign Legal Center (CLC), on behalf of the national League of Women Voters of Michigan, filed a proposed reply brief in support of the motion to intervene, which explains why Plaintiff’s opposition to the motion to intervene mischaracterizes the intervention standard and why the League has sufficient interests to intervene in the case.
