Proposed Opposition to Motion to Compel

On April 17, 2026, Campaign Legal Center (CLC) and WV Citizen Action Group filed a proposed opposition to the United States’s motion to compel West Virginia’s unredacted voter registration list, arguing that the motion to compel seeks to end run around a merits decision by the Court and that the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and judicial review should apply to the case.
