Proposed Motion to Dismiss and Opposition to Motion to Compel

On May 11, 2026, Campaign Legal Center (CLC), on behalf of Common Cause and Washington Conservation Action Education Fund, filed a proposed motion to dismiss the United States’ complaint seeking access to unredacted Washington voter rolls and an opposition to the United States’ motion to compel the unredacted voter rolls.
