Plaintiffs’ Reply in Support of MSJ and Response in Opposition to Defendants’ MSJ

Plaintiffs filed a brief in support of their motion for summary judgment (MSJ) and in opposition to the Legislature’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiffs seek a new, legal congressional map after the Legislature repealed the anti-gerrymandering initiative Proposition 4 in violation of the people’s right to alter or reform the government, and enacted a districting plan that violated Proposition 4’s requirements.
