Plaintiffs' Remedial Brief

On October 17, 2025, Plaintiffs submitted a brief and expert reports in support of Plaintiffs' two map submissions and in opposition to the Legislature's map. Both of Plaintiffs' two maps comply with all the requirements of Proposition 4, and the Legislature's map does not.
