Plaintiffs' Fourth Supplemental Complaint

Plaintiffs filed a fourth supplemental complaint challenging the latest effort to attack Proposition 4. Six individuals backed by partisan special interests filed an application with the lieutenant governor to gather signatures for an "indirect initiative" to be submitted to the Legislature to repeal Proposition 4. This repeal would be unconstitutional regardless of the signature-gathering beforehand.
