Order on Plaintiffs' Motions for Preliminary Injunction

On February 29, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine granted the plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction, enjoining Maine’s ban on campaign spending by foreign government-influenced entities and related provisions in their entirety.
