Order on Motion to Dismiss

On August 21, 2024, Judge James H. Anderson granted Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss and affirmed that the “Plaintiffs and all other similarly situated Alabamians are not disqualified from registering or voting by virtue of [H.B. 100] and have the right to register and vote through the November 5, 2024 general election.”
