On February 16, 2023, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona denied Attorney General Mark Brnovich and the State of Arizona’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ claims in the consolidated litigation challenging discriminatory and burdensome provisions of Arizona HB 2492 and 2243, enacted by the legislature in 2022.
