OCE Complaint Regarding Rep. Aaron Bean

CLC filed a complaint with the U.S. Office of Congressional Ethics regarding possible violations of campaign finance law and House rules by Rep. Aaron Bean. Specifically, Rep. Bean appears to have transferred more than $1.1 million from his state PAC to a federal super PAC that supported his campaign in violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 (FECA).
