Ninth Circuit Opposition Brief

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) filed an opposition brief urging the Ninth Circuit to uphold the district court’s decision to deny the DOJ’s request for an emergency injunction ordering California to segregate 20,000+ ballots based on a faulty list of purported noncitizens.
