Motion to Intervene by League of Women Voters of Utah, Et Al.

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) and co-counsel filed a motion to intervene on behalf of the League of Women Voters of Utah, Mormon Women for Ethical Government, and individual Utah voters (all of whom are plaintiffs in the existing state litigation League of Women Voters of Utah v. Utah State Legislature) to ensure that their interests, including the judgment and relief won in state court that is now being collaterally attacked in federal court, are properly and fully defended.
