Motion to Intervene as Defendants in Louisiana v. EAC

Campaign Legal Center in partnership with the ACLU, Brennan Center, Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and Southern Poverty Law Center filed a motion to intervene in Louisiana v. Election Assistance Commission on behalf of the League of Women Voters of Louisiana and League of Women Voters Education Fund (together, LWVLA); Voice of the Experienced (VOTE), Power Coalition for Equity and Justice (PCEJ), Louisiana State Conference of the NAACP (Louisiana NAACP), and League of Women Voters of the United States and the League of Women Voters Education Fund (together, LWV or the national League) to defend against the State of Louisiana's challenge to the National Voter Registration Act.
