Motion to Intervene on Behalf of Common Cause and Washington Conservation Action Education Fund

On March 30, 2026, Campaign Legal Center (CLC) moved to intervene in United States v. Hobbs on behalf of Common Cause and Washington Conservation Action Education Fund to represent the civic organizations’ interests in DOJ’s efforts to seize private voter data.
