Motion to Dismiss Order (PA UOCAVA)

In Reschenthaler v. Schmidt, a federal district court dismissed the case challenging the eligibility of certain UOCAVA voters in Pennsylvania. On behalf of Secure Families Initiative (SFI), CLC along with co-counsel Selendy Gay and Dilworth Paxton filed an amicus brief to demonstrate how plaintiffs' lawsuit would upend the voting process for Pennsylvanians casting ballots from outside the country or out of state, and disenfranchise many eligible voters serving in the armed forces and their families posted overseas.
