Motion to Dismiss

On February 11, 2026, Proposed Intervenors filed a Motion to Dismiss because U.S. Supreme Court precedent directly forecloses Plaintiffs' case. Plaintiffs lack standing, the same issues are being fully litigated in state court, and state courts have the duty to impose lawful congressional maps when necessary.
