LWV v. DHS Amicus Brief

On October 24, 2025, CLC filed an amicus brief in League of Women Voters v. US Department of Homeland Security in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The brief argues that the defendants’ overhaul of the SAVE system is an executive action that infringes on the power of the states and Congress under the Constitution’s Elections Clause.
