LWV Utah and MWEG v. Utah State Legislature – Plaintiffs’ Opening Brief

Plaintiffs filed a brief in the Utah Supreme Court supporting their claim that the Legislature violated the Utah Constitution when it repealed the laws enacted by Proposition 4, a 2018 redistricting reform ballot initiative.
