Letter to Virginia Commissioner of Elections Piper Concerning Absentee Ballot Law Implementation

Today, CLC sent a letter to the Virginia Board of Elections and Virginia Commissioner of Elections Christopher Piper informing them of issues with the state's implementation of its absentee ballot laws. The letter further explains that the current implementation of these laws violate the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution.
