Jolt Initiative, Inc. v. Paxton — Friend-of-the-court brief

On December 8, 2025, Campaign Legal Center filed a friend-of-the-court (amicus) brief in Jolt Initiative, Inc. v. Paxton in support of Jolt Initiative, a voter registration and assistance organization in Texas. CLC’s brief supports Jolt Initiative’s claim to enforce their right to be free from voter intimidation under Section 11(b) of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
