IRS: Letter from IRS Responding to CLC's March 22 Letter

The IRS response to CLC's letter dated March 22, 2012, urging the IRS to insititute a rulemaking proceeding to adress the rules related to political acitvity by organizations exempt under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.
