Giffords v. NRA, et al. — Amended Complaint

On behalf of Giffords, CLC Action filed an Amended Complaint with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia detailing violations of the federal campaign finance laws by Defendants National Rifle Association of America Political Victory Fund, National Rifle Association of America Institute for Legislative Action, Josh Hawley for Senate, and Matt Rosendale for Montana.
