Freedom Path v. IRS: Motion for Leave to File Brief Amici Curiae for CLC and CREW in Support of Neither Party

With co-amici Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), Campaign Legal Center (CLC) filed a motion asking the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to consider their amici curiae brief, which argues that the court should adopt an interpretation of 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(4) that ensures all election-related spending by nonprofit organizations is disclosed to the public.
