FOIA Appeal: CLC Requests GSA Response

On February 8, 2018, CLC appealed the U.S. General Services Administration's denial of CLC's FOIA. CLC argued that the denial constituted an evasion of GSA’s FOIA responsibilities and an improper withholding of records that do in fact meet the definition of GSA “agency records.”
