On March 19, 2026, Florida Right to Clean Water Plaintiffs submitted their post-trial closing statement and brief following a nine-day trial in Tallahassee, Florida. Plaintiffs presented evidence at trial that H.B. 1205 hinders people-led ballot initiative campaigns in violation of the U.S. Constitution.
