On September 8, 2025, Florida Right to Clean Water Plaintiffs filed an Amended Complaint in their lawsuit against Florida state officials. This lawsuit alleges that House Bill 1205 (H.B. 1205), a new state law placing a litany of restrictions on people-led ballot initiative campaigns, violates the U.S. Constitution.
