FEC Complaint: Tom Price campaign finance violation

FECA regulations prohibit a candidate or officeholder from converting campaign funds to personal use. Rep. Tom Price disbursed $40,000 to the organization America Rising to help Price land his next job after Congress. The FEC responded to CLC on March 16, 2018, saying Tom Price did not use his campaign funds for personal use.
