Election Subversion: The 2024 Election and Recommendations to Address Vulnerabilities in the Electoral System

Campaign Legal Center (CLC) has published a report surveying a range of election subversion activities employed during the 2024 election cycle at the local, state and federal levels; examining their impacts on democratic participation; and recommending policy measures to counteract continued attempts to undermine the electoral process ahead of the 2026 midterms and beyond.
