On Sept. 26, 2022, VoteAmerica and the state of Georgia agreed to a stipulated dismissal of VoteAmerica’s claims challenging S.B. 202’s absentee ballot application restrictions after the State Elections Board issued a regulation exempting web-based tools like VoteAmerica’s from the restrictions.
